Thats exactly what MSN says.... when you have someone blocked. You do it consciously with thought.

But, here is my thing. I dont really get it. Why is it so important to block certain people? They bug the hell out of you? THey talk your ear off? Or maybe its your way of controlling when its "caring" time.... or time not to "care"

It's hard to know...that people are hear...laughing and having fun... and carrying on........ with others... but have you blocked. Is it not okay to say....
